Welcome to Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects, an organization dedicated to transforming lives through art, defying categorization, and making a positive impact on communities everywhere. Our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) are offered to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Services.

  1. Description of Services:

Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects provides various online and offline resources, tools, and services to support our mission of transforming lives through art. These may include, but are not limited to, information and educational resources, forums, galleries, and opportunities to participate in our projects and initiatives.

  1. Use of Services:

The Services are intended for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects, a staff member, another user, or any other person or entity

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects, may harm Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects or users of the Services or expose them to liability

  1. User Content:

The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, “User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Services.

By making any User Content available through the Services, you grant to Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the Services and Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects’ (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms of Service; and (ii) neither the User Content, your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor Arts and Culture Arts For Life Projects’ use of the rights granted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights.

We offer a range of training courses, including tailoring, carpentry, catering, and information technology, to equip individuals with the skills they need to secure sustainable employment or start their own businesses. Our mission at Ibusa Foundation is to empower communities by providing skill acquisition programs and a Food Bank initiative. We strive to improve the livelihood of families and individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills to become self-sufficient, as well as ensuring access to nutritious food through our Food Bank program.
